In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. |

On low to medium flame, fry 5-6 garlic cloves and 3-4 dried red chillies until golden. |

Once garlic gets golden in color and chillies get properly fried, remove them from the pan and set aside. |

In the same pan, sauté 1 thinly sliced medium onion on a slow to medium flame. |

Next, add in 6 medium-sized tomatoes, cut in half. If needed, sprinkle a little water. Cover and let them cook till soft! |

Remove the skins and let the mixture cool slightly. |

Now, mash it all together with your hands—trust me, it’s so satisfying! |
