Ingredients

1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
1/4 cup Shredded Beetroot
1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Coriander finely chopped
1/2 cup Shredded Paneer
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt
2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
1 cup Jowar Atta (Sorghum Flour)
Water Gradually add (as needed to make a soft dough)
Ghee For cooking

In a mixing bowl, take 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup beetroot, 1 medium size onion finely chopped, 1/4 cup coriander finely chopped, 1/2 cup shredded panner.

Then add 1/2 tsp Ajwain, 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, salt and mix everything well.

Then add 2 tbs besan and 1 cup Jowar atta.

Mix Atta into vegetable mixture and gradually add water to make soft dough.

Heat the pan, on a medium flame, apply some ghee and with help of hand of spatula, spread the paratha mixture on the tawa. The thickness should be like regular paratha.

Let the paratha cook in ghee on both sides till you get the golden colour.

Serve this paratha with curd, chutney or achar.. Enjoy this paratha when it’s hot.
