In a mixing bowl, take 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup beetroot, 1 medium size onion finely chopped, 1/4 cup coriander finely chopped, 1/2 cup shredded panner. |

Then add 1/2 tsp Ajwain, 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, salt and mix everything well. |

Then add 2 tbs besan and 1 cup Jowar atta. |

Mix Atta into vegetable mixture and gradually add water to make soft dough. |

Heat the pan, on a medium flame, apply some ghee and with help of hand of spatula, spread the paratha mixture on the tawa. The thickness should be like regular paratha. |

Let the paratha cook in ghee on both sides till you get the golden colour. |
