About
This is an instant dosa which I have given a Jowar twist, and the pumpkin chutney is a quite creative combination you must try instead of regular chutney.
Jowar flour is rich in fibre for digestive and heart health, while pumpkin is packed with Vitamin A for vision and immunity. Together, they form a powerful, nutrient-dense combination that supports a wide range of bodily functions, from blood sugar management to skin health.
