For Salad - In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup boiled Kala Chana. |

Into that add, 1/4 cup boiled sweetcorn, 1/2 cup boiled chole (optional), 2 medium size chopped cucumber, 2 medium size chopped tomatoes, some finely chopped onions, a small piece of finely chopped carrot. |

Then add 1 cup finely shredded purple and white cabbage. |

At last, add some fresh coriander. Mix everything well. Keep it aside. |

For Kiwi Dressing - In a chopper, take 2 Kiwis (I am using Kiwi from Chile), a few mint leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 1.5 green chillie, 1 small piece of ginger, 1.5 tsp roasted cumin seed powder, 2 tbs honey (or maple syrup or jaggery) and salt per taste. And blend it. |
