Lahsooni Methi, also known as Garlic Fenugreek, is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) and garlic. It’s a vegetarian dish that is simple to prepare and makes a great side dish for roti or rice.

Heat oil in a pan. |

Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) and let them sizzle. |

Add 3-4 chopped Garlic Cloves and 2-3 Green Chilies. Mix well. |

Add 1 medium Onion and fry until it caramelizes. |

Add 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) Powder. |

Mix in 1 small chopped Tomato and 1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric) Powder. Cook until the tomatoes become soft. |

Add the chopped Methi (Fenugreek Leaves). |

Season with salt and add 1 tsp Dhania (Coriander) Powder and 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut Crush. Mix everything well. |

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. |

Lastly, add a little water, cover, and cook for 7-8 minutes until the Methi is cooked through. |

Then, heat oil in a small pan. |
