For Tikki- - Take 1 cup Makhana, dry roast them. |

Once it cools down, make powder in mixer jar. |

Take it out in a bowl. Into that add 200 gm paneer, fresh coriander, 2-3 green chillies, a small piece of grated ginger, sendha namak as per taste, and squeeze 1 lime (Optional). |

Mix everything well. |

Apply some ghee on your palm and shape the tikkis. |

Now heat the pan, spread some ghee and shallow fry these tikkis on both sides till you get golden color. |

For Raita - - Take 1 cup curd, into that add 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber, some pomergranate, some toasted peanuts, fresh coriander, sendha namak. |

Mix everything well. |

For serving - - Spread Raita in a plate. |
