To Make the custard, Boil ½ litre of milk in a saucepan and add 2 Tbsp of condensed milk. Stir well on low to medium heat. |

In a small bowl, dilute 1 Tbsp of custard powder in ¼ cup of room-temperature milk. Pour this slowly into the boiling milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. |

Once cooled, add ½ cup of fresh mango purée to the custard and mix well. Refrigerate this mixture for a couple of hours. |
