250 gm Small pieces of Prunes (Chilean prunes recommended)
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
To taste Black Salt (Kala Namak)
1/2 lime Lime Juice optional, for extra tanginess

Prep: Cut 250g Prunes into small bite-sized pieces.

The Masala: Dry roast 1 tbsp Fennel seeds (Saunf), ½ tbsp Jeera, and 1 tsp Ajwain until aromatic (5-7 mins). Let it cool and pound it coarsely.

The Tang: Mix the roasted powder with 1 tsp Amchur, Black Salt (to taste), ½ tsp Chaat Masala, and ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
