Done

Grind one tablespoon methi into a fine powder , further transfer into a one tablespoon bowl of ghee and soak for half an hour. |

Fry gond in a small of ghee and further combine into a coarse mixture whilst adding saunf powder. |

Cook soft dates , ghee and the methi mixture together then add this to the gond, add pistachios and a hint of elachi powder (optional). |

Combine together , shape into a cylinder and roll into fine chopped pistachios. |

Wrap the roll into foil and set aside for 1 hour. |

Cut into pieces and enjoy. |
