1.5 cup Plain Flour(Maida - alternatively Besan can be used)

1/2 cup Corn Flour

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Pizza Seasoning

to taste Salt

Club Soda

Panko Bread Crumbs(alternatively regular bread crumbs can be used, mild roasted)

for frying Oil

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce

1/2 Lemon Juice

some Chopped Coriander

some Chilli Flakes

Take a large onion and cut it into thick slices. Separate into rings and keep aside. |

In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cup Maida and 1/2 cup Corn Flour. |

Add 1 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp Oregano, and 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning. |

Add Salt to taste and mix everything well. |

Gradually add Club Soda and stir together to form the batter. |

Dip onion rings into this batter, then coat thoroughly in the Panko bread crumbs. |

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rings on medium to high heat until golden brown. |

To Make Mayonnaise Dip: In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup Mayonnaise, 1 tbs Red Chilli Sauce, 1/2 lemon juice, chopped coriander, and chilli flakes. Mix well. |
