10-15 dry roasted Almonds (Badam)
1 Cup Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Jaggery
5-6 crushed Cardamom (Elaichi)

Ragi churma laddu is a nutritious twist on the traditional Indian sweet made with finger millet flour (ragi). The laddus are prepared by roasting ragi flour with ghee until golden brown. Jaggery is added for sweetness, along with chopped nuts and cardamom for flavor. The mixture is shaped into small balls, making for a wholesome and energy-boosting snack. Dry roast 2 tablespoons of Safed Til (white sesame seeds) and 10-15 Badam (almonds) separately. Transfer them to a bowl.

In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of Ragi Flour, add a pinch of Salt, and gradually knead it into a dough with Water, similar to roti dough.

Take a dough ball and spread it on a pan to make a thick paratha. Roast it on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Add a little Ghee and roast by pressing the paratha. Transfer to a plate and let it cool, then break it into pieces.

Grind the roasted Til, Badam, and Ragi Paratha pieces separately in a mixer. Keep aside.

In a pan, add 1/2 cup of Jaggery and 1 spoon of Water. Let it melt.

Take the churned Ragi Paratha in a mixing bowl, add 5-6 crushed Cardamom pods, crushed Til, Badam, and melted Jaggery. Combine everything well.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into round laddus.
