Dry roast 2 tablespoons of Safed Til (white sesame seeds) and 10-15 Badam (almonds) separately. Transfer them to a bowl. |

In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of Ragi Flour, add a pinch of Salt, and gradually knead it into a dough with Water, similar to roti dough. |

Take a dough ball and spread it on a pan to make a thick paratha. Roast it on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Add a little Ghee and roast by pressing the paratha. Transfer to a plate and let it cool, then break it into pieces. |

Grind the roasted Til, Badam, and Ragi Paratha pieces separately in a mixer. Keep aside. |

In a pan, add 1/2 cup of Jaggery and 1 spoon of Water. Let it melt. |

Take the churned Ragi Paratha in a mixing bowl, add 5-6 crushed Cardamom pods, crushed Til, Badam, and melted Jaggery. Combine everything well. |

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into round laddus. |
