In a blender jar, add 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped). |

Add 3 tbsp soaked cashews and 4–6 soaked dates. |

Add 150 gm paneer and 3 elaichi powder (optional). |

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. |

If the mixture is too thick, add 1/4 cup milk to adjust consistency. |

Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds or small cups with sticks. |

Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours or ideally overnight. |
