Ingredients

¾ cup flaxseeds For Seed Crackers-
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup melon seeds
½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
Chili flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
¾ cup water
boiled chickpeas (chole) For Creamy Hummus-
2 garlic cloves
2 green chilies (optional)
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lime juice
Salt, to taste
4-5 ice cubes
Boiled chickpea water, as needed

Combine all seeds, ajwain, chili flakes, and salt in a bowl. Add ¾ cup water and mix well.

Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it thickens. Line a baking tray with butter paper.

Spread the seed mixture evenly on the lined tray. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the crackers are crispy. Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
