1 cup Mix sprouts

2 tbsp Besan (gram flour)

3 Green chilliesfinely chopped

1 small piece Gingerfinely chopped

1/2 tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds)

Take 1 cup mix sprouts and grind it coarsely and take it into a mixing bowl. |

Into that add, 2 tbs besan, finely chopped 3 green chillies, 1 small piece of ginger finely chopped, a few cashews cut into small pieces, salt as per taste & 1/2 tsp Jeera - mix everything well. |

Then add water as required and make a thick batter. |

Now take a small portion of batter, make a ball and cook on medium flame in Appe pan, till you get golden color on each side . |

For plating, in a jar, add beaten curd, some sweet chutney, coriander chutney- then place prepared Vada, sprinkle some chat masala on top and few pomegrantes. |

Repeat the same layer again. And at last garnish with some masala boondi, sev and pomegtanate. Enjoy! |
