About
Celebrate the festive season with a healthy and delicious twist! This crispy Sweetcorn Ragi Thalipeeth is a Maharashtrian classic with a fusion of flavors that’s perfect for any occasion. Ragi (finger millet) is a powerhouse of nutrients, packed with calcium, iron, and fiber. It’s great for bone health, managing blood sugar, and even aids in weight loss. Paired with fresh sweetcorn and a blend of spices, this thalipeeth is not only good for you but tastes incredibly delicious! I love to enjoy this crispy thalipeeth with a dollop of white makhan (butter) and a hot cup of chai. It’s truly a heavenly combination.
