Ingredients

1 cup + 1/2 cup Sweet Corn (boiled)
1/2 tsp Butter
2 Finely chopped Garlic cloves
1 small piece Finely chopped Ginger
Chopped Spring Onion (white part)
1/4 cup Finely chopped French Beans
1/4 cup Finely chopped Carrot
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
2.5 cups Water
Some chopped Red Bell Peppers
2 tsp Corn Flour to be diluted with Water
Chopped Spring Onion (green part)
Vinegar & chopped Chillies to serve

Pressure cook 1.5 cups of sweet corn up to 1 whistle.

Blend 1 cup of boiled sweet corn in a mixer and keep it aside.

Heat 1/2 tsp butter/oil in a pan.

Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and a small piece of finely chopped ginger. Sauté.

Add the white part of spring onions, 1/4 cup each of finely chopped French beans and carrot.

Season with salt and crushed black pepper.

Add the blended sweet corn paste.

Pour 2.5 cups of water into the pan and wait for it to boil.

Include the remaining 1/2 cup of boiled sweet corn and chopped red bell peppers.

Dilute 2 tsp of cornflour in water, add it to the soup, and cook until thickened.
