To Cook Quinoa - Heat up the pan, add 1 tsp butter. |

- Into that add 1/2 tsp jeera & 1/4 tsp Ajwain. - Once it becomes golden, add washed 1/2 cup Quinoa and add 1.5 cup water. |

- Add salt and black pepper as per your taste. - Cover the lead and let it cook on medium flame. |

After one boil, turn the heat on a slow and let it cook till all the water gets evaporated (cook the Quinoa throughout with the lead on). |

Once it’s done, gently mix the quinoa with help of fork or a spoon - keep aside. |

To Prepare Rajma - In a pan, add 1 tbs oil - Into that add a small piece of finely chopped ginger, 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped, 1 big size of onion cut into big chunks. |

Add salt and let it cook for few minutes. - Then add 1 tsp Bhoj Rajma Masala and 2 medium size tomatoes cut into small pieces. |

Then add 1.5 tsp Bhoj Kashmiri Red Mirchi Powder. - Let the mixture cook till the oil gets released from the masalas. |

Then add 1 cup boiled rajma, add 1/4 cup water and cover the pan with lead- let it cook till Rajma becomes mushy |

To Prepare Aloo Imli Chutney - In a bowl take 2 tbs tamarind pulp (soaked 100+ gm tamarind into 1/4 cup hot water, leave it for an hour, then squeeze out the pulp) |

Into that add 1 small finely chopped onion, fresh coriander, 2 tsp jaggery, 1 big size of boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, black salt and 1 tsp Bhuna hua jeera powder - And then add 1/2 cup water, mix everything well. |

To Serve in a Bowl - Spread Quinoa, on top of that place cooked rajma, corn salad, Sirke wale pyaz, hung curd and drizzle prepared aloo imli ki chutney |
