Heat a pan and add 1/2 liter of milk. Let it boil on medium heat. |

Once the milk begins to boil, add 3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste). |

Add 2-3 cardamom powder (Elaichi) for flavor. |

Add saffron strands soaked in milk for color and flavor. |

Boil the rabdi for another 10 minutes or until it thickens. |
