Mango Suji Halwa is a delicious Indian dessert made from semolina (suji or sooji), ripe mangoes, and sugar. It has a wonderful blend of the rich, sweet flavor of mangoes with the creaminess of semolina. Mangoes are a good source of vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C, vitamin A, and dietary fiber. The semolina in the halwa provides a quick source of energy.
