Steps

1
Done

In a pan, dry roast ¼ cup roasted chana and ¼ cup peanuts until aromatic. Remove and transfer them to a bowl.

2
Done

In the same pan, add ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, ¼ cup sunflower seeds (or melon seeds), ¼ cup flax seeds, and ¼ cup chia seeds. Dry roast everything until lightly golden. Add ¼ cup instant oats to the pan and continue to dry roast for an additional 5 minutes.

3
Done

Remove the roasted seeds and oats into the same bowl with the peanuts and roasted chana. Dry roast ¼ cup almonds and ¼ cup walnuts in the pan until golden. Mix all the ingredients together and let them cool down completely.

4
Done

Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and pulse on low speed to make a powder, being careful not to release oil. If desired, add ¼ cup milk powder to the blender and mix again.

5
Done

Store the protein powder in an airtight container, preferably in the fridge.

6
Done

Enjoy your protein powder by making a smoothie (e.g., banana, dates, protein powder, ice cubes, and water) or sprinkle it over yogurt. You can also mix it with warm or cold milk.

7
Done

For added flavor, consider adding elaichi powder or cocoa powder to the mix.
