In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Suji, 1 tbsp Besan, 1/2 cup Khatta Dahi, and approximately 1/4 cup Water. |

Mix well to form a smooth batter and let it rest for 30-45 minutes. |

After resting, add 1/4 cup chopped Green Peas, crushed Ginger, finely chopped Green Chillies, finely chopped Coriander, and Salt (as per taste). |

Mix the ingredients thoroughly. |

Preheat a steamer with a stand inside it. |

Grease a plate that will fit into the steamer. |

Just before steaming, add a small packet of Fruit Salt (Eno) to the batter and mix well. |

Add Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida Powder, White Sesame Seeds, and a few Curry Leaves to make the tadka. |
