In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup soaked moong dal, ½ cup water, salt, turmeric powder, and butter. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Once cooked, stir the dal until it becomes smooth. |

In a small bowl, prepare the special masala by mixing roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt. |
