In a bowl, grate the sweetcorn, then add grated ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies, and chopped coriander. Add ajwain, hing, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything well. |

Add ¼ cup of besan or rice flour to the mixture. Combine and add water if needed to form a batter. |
