Ingredients

2 raw sweetcorn (grated) For Chila:
Small piece of grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
Small bunch of chopped coriander
1 tsp ajwain (carrom seeds)
A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup besan (chickpea flour) or rice flour
Water (if needed)
Oil or butter (for cooking)
A big bunch of coriander with stems For Chutney:
1 large tomato (chopped)
1 clove garlic
1 green chillies
Salt to taste

In a bowl, grate the sweetcorn, then add grated ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies, and chopped coriander. Add ajwain, hing, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything well.

Add ¼ cup of besan or rice flour to the mixture. Combine and add water if needed to form a batter.

Spread the mixture on a hot, greased pan and cook both sides on medium flame until golden, applying oil or butter as needed.

In a chopper, add coriander, chopped tomato, garlic, and green chillies. Coarsely grind the mixture, then add salt and mix well. Chutney is ready to serve.
