About
My grandma used to make this and she passed on this tradition to my mom and now to me. We always add this flavorful Chai Masala made from our traditional Indian spices – into our morning tea. Not only it’s a great way to start the day; but we feel wonderful all through the day.
This blend of traditional spices is a powerhouse of well-being. Cardamom aids digestion and supports immunity, while star anise and cloves provide strong antioxidant and antimicrobial benefits. Nutmeg offers calming effects and aids sleep, as black pepper enhances nutrient absorption. Finally, cinnamon is celebrated for its ability to help regulate blood sugar and reduce inflammation. Together, these spices in your chai can boost digestion, strengthen immunity, and offer a comforting, healthful start to your day.
