In a mixer grinder, grind 1.5 cups of roasted chana into a powder. |

In a kadhai, heat 2 tbsp ghee and add the roasted chana powder. Roast the chana powder on a low flame until it turns golden. |

When the powder is almost done, add ½ cup mixed dry fruits and ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional). Stir well and remove from heat. |

In a separate kadhai, heat 1 tbsp ghee, jaggery, and water over medium flame until the jaggery melts, then cook for 5 more minutes. |

Pour the jaggery syrup into the roasted chana mixture and mix while hot. Once the mixture cools slightly (but not completely), shape it into laddoos. |
