Take 2 raw corns and Remove the kernels. & chop them coarsely. |

Remove the mixture into the mixing bowl. |

Into the bowl, add less than half a cup of besan, some salt & crushed black pepper. (DO NOT ADD WATER). Mix everything well. |

Now heat the pan on a medium flame; grease it with oil. Spread the batter on the pan, let this taco shell cook on a medium flame on one side till you get golden color |

And now flip the taco; and sprinkle some cheese on the top. I am using Go Cheese Four Cheese on the top. Cover it with lead and let the cheese melt. |

Once the flip side also gets cooked; remove the taco shell into a wire rack - let it cool down. (Note : When this taco shell is hot, it’s very delicate, so allow it to cool down properly before assembling taco). |

Once it’s cooled down, on one side, add some salad leaves, some sour cream or hung curd, tomato ketchup, choice of veggies. I have used purple and white cabbage thinly slice, carrot thinly slice, some bell peppers, onion and coriander. |

At last, sprinkle Mexican seasoning and chili flakes on the top. Fold it gently; you can have it as snacks or tiffin or even as dinner. |
