Steps
1
Done
|
Boil the potatoes 2-3 hours beforehand and let them cool completely. Mash them well and set aside. |
2
Done
|
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan (kadai). Add the jeera and let it crackle. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown. |
3
Done
|
Add the cooked onion and jeera mixture to the mashed potatoes. Season the potato mixture with salt, Bhoj Masala Chili Flakes, Bhoj Masala Paratha Masala, and fresh coriander. Mix everything thoroughly. |
4
Done
|
Take a portion of your prepared dough and roll it out into a thin circle. |
5
Done
|
Spread the potato stuffing evenly over the rolled-out dough. |
6
Done
|
Cut the dough into thick strips. Roll each strip vertically into a small coil. |
7
Done
|
Gently press down on each coil with your hands to flatten it. Be careful not to make them too thin, or the filling may come out. |
8
Done
|
Sprinkle a little more Bhoj Masala Paratha Masala on top of each paratha. |
9
Done
|
Place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook with oil, ghee, or butter until golden brown on both sides. Serve with your choice of chutney, ketchup, or curd. |
