1/4 cup Daliye ki dal (chana dal)

During Paryushana, Jains do not eat green vegetables; and so there is always a challenge to look for recipes that can be made. And it turns out that the Sing Daliya Chatni goes with Chapati, Khakhra, Thepla, Puri, Bhakri and Paratha.

Heat up the pan, dry roast 1/4 cup raw peanuts for 7-8 min and transfer it in a bowl |

1/4 cup daliye ki dal (chana dal), Add 2 tbs white safed til, Dry roast for 5 min and transfer in a bowl |

Then dry roast 2-3 tbs dry coconut and Crush this mixture coarsely with the help of mortar and pestle |

In the same pan, add 2 tbs oil, Add some saunf and Keep the stove on low flame. |

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi). Add 1 tsp dhaniya - jeera powder. Add 1.5 tsp red chilli powder. |

Mix it and add crushed mixture. |

Then add 1 tsp amchur powder and Roast for another 5-7 min |

Serve with puree, roti, khakra, paratha or even with bread. Store in an airtight glass container for 3-4 months |
