1/2 cup Instant Oats

1 cup Greek yoghurt or hung curd

4-5 De-seeded Dates

some Soaked Chia seeds

In a blender jar, add 4-5 fresh strawberries (the quantity can be increased or decreased according to your taste). |

Add 1 Tsp vanilla essence. |

Add 4-5 de-seeded dates (you can add a little honey also). |

Add 1/2 cup of instant oats. |

Add 1 cup greek yoghurt or hung curd. |

Finally, add a little bit of water and churn everything smooth. |

Now decorate your serving jar with greek yoghurt as shown in the video (you can use melted chocolate instead too). |

Now first add some soaked chia seeds and above it pour the strawberry oats mixture. |

Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight or for minimum 3 hours. |

At last garnish with chopped pistachios and strawberries. |
