About
“Aaj aapne khaane mein kya khaya?” When I asked this, snacks like Aloo Tikki topped the list. But let’s be real—most Indian snacks are carb-heavy, which is why 73% of us are protein deficient. This World Protein Day, I’m showing you how to turn a snack into a powerhouse. These Soya Tikkis made with Fortune Soya Chunks have 15x more protein than Milk and a massive 52% Protein content! The best part? Use this one base to make burger patties, wrap fillings, or just a tea-time snack. Because of their even texture, they soak up masalas like a dream. 🤤Banao Kuchh Hatke!
