1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2-3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp Dry Coriander Powder
1.5 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1.5 Tsp Oregano
Salt to Taste
1 Cup Boiled Rajma (Kidney Beans)
Water as Needed
2 Tbsp Red & Green Bell Pepper (Chopped, Optional)
2-3 Tsp Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
1 Small Onion (Diced)
2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
Crushed Black Pepper
1 Avocado (Ripe, Mashed)
1 Tsp Lime Juice
2-3 Slices Bread (Toasted)

Add boiled rajma, mix well, and cover. Cook on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.

Coarsely mash the mixture and fold in chopped bell peppers if using. Set aside.

Mix chopped tomatoes, diced onion, green chillies, and fresh coriander in a bowl.

Stir in salt, tomato ketchup, and crushed black pepper. Set aside.
