2 Washington Apples(peeled and cubed)

1 cup Hung Curd or Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Makhana (Fox Nuts)

2 tbsp Mixed Seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower, Flax, Sesame)

2 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

to taste Honey or Jaggery

Sauté the Apples: Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add the soaked dates, salt, and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until the dates are mushy. Add the apple cubes and 2 tbsp water, mixing until well combined. Set aside to cool. |

Crisp the Mix: In another pan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Roast the makhana with a pinch of salt until crispy. Add the mixed seeds and roast for another 5 minutes on low heat. |

Prep the Base: Whisk the yogurt with honey or jaggery until smooth. |

Assemble: Fill a glass or bowl with the yogurt. Layer the cooked cinnamon apples on top, followed by the crispy makhana and seed mix. Drizzle with a little extra honey and serve immediately. |
