Zero-Waste & Substitutes
* Zero-Waste Tips:
* Utilize the entire coriander bunch, including the tender stems, which carry most of the aromatic flavor and crunch.
* Clean and dry the avocado pit to sprout it into a plant or boil it with water to create a natural fabric dye.

* Ingredient Substitutes:
* Sourdough Bread: Swap with toasted artisan rotla (millet flatbread), multigrain bread, or toasted ciabatta.
* Peanuts: Substitute with toasted pumpkin seeds or almonds for an alternative nutty texture.
* Green Chillies: Adjust quantity or use mild green peppers if you prefer lower heat.
