1 tsp Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Powder

2 medium Tomatoes(seeds removed, finely chopped)

1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

To make sweet chutney- - in a pan, take 1/4 cup water, 3 tbs tamarind pulp, 3-4 tbs Jaggery, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp roasted Jeera powder. |

Mix everything well and cook till you get 2 boils (consistency of chutney should be such that it coats the spoon). |

Once it cools down a bit, add 2 tsp melon seeds (optional). |

Stir and let chutney cool down completely - keep it aside. |

To make avocado filling - - Cut Avocado into small cubes. I have taken 2 Hass Avocados. |

Into that add 2 tbs lime juice immediately. |

Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes (remove seeds), 1 big size of finely chopped onion, 2-3 green chillies finely chopped, 1/2 cup coriander chopped, 1/4 cup pomegranate, salt per taste and crushed black pepper. |
