By adding potatoes, besan and whole lot of different spices & vegetables, this I think is the healthiest dish you would have in your this weeks’ meal. And you can just enjoy it with curd or chutney of your choice.

Steps

Take a mixing bowl and add 2 medium Potatoes (grated), 1 small piece of Carrot (grated), and 1 medium Onion (grated).

Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste) and a handful of finely chopped Coriander Leaves.

Add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi, 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til), 1 tsp Ajwain, a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing), 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1.5 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder, and Salt as per taste.

Gently mix it and add 2 tbs Gram floyur (Besan).

Add 1.5 cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta) and mix it well with the help of spoon.

Add a spoonful of Water (as required) and make a thick batter.

Heat the pan, add Oil and wipe with a tissue.

Take a small portion of batter on pan and flatten with the help of hand by applying little Water over it.

Make a small hole in the middle, drizzle some Oil around and cook both the sides until nice golden-brown.
