2 medium Potatoes, grated (wash thoroughly & squeeze out water)

1 small piece of Carrot, grated

as per taste Finely chopped Green Chillies

1 tbs Kasuri Methi

1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)

Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)

1.5 tbs Red Chilli Powder

1.5 tbs Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder

2 tbs Gram flour (Besan)

1.5 Cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta)

1 spoon (or as required) Water

About
By adding potatoes, besan and whole lot of different spices & vegetables, this I think is the healthiest dish you would have in your this weeks’ meal. And you can just enjoy it with curd or chutney of your choice.

Take a mixing bowl and add 2 medium Potatoes (grated), 1 small piece of Carrot (grated), and 1 medium Onion (grated). |

Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste) and a handful of finely chopped Coriander Leaves. |

Add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi, 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til), 1 tsp Ajwain, a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing), 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1.5 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder, and Salt as per taste. |

Gently mix it and add 2 tbs Gram floyur (Besan). |

Add 1.5 cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta) and mix it well with the help of spoon. |

Add a spoonful of Water (as required) and make a thick batter. |

Heat the pan, add Oil and wipe with a tissue. |

Take a small portion of batter on pan and flatten with the help of hand by applying little Water over it. |

Make a small hole in the middle, drizzle some Oil around and cook both the sides until nice golden-brown. |
