Ingredients

1 Small boiled Beetroot
2 cups Curd
10-12 Mint leaves
1 Small piece of ginger
1/2 Green chili optional
few sprigs Coriander leaves
1.5 tsp Roasted cumin seeds powder
1 tsp Black salt (plus regular salt to taste)
1/2 cup Water (optional, for thinner consistency)
few Ice cubes

In a blender jar, take a small boiled beetroot cut into pieces.

Add 1/2 green chili (optional), a small piece of ginger, a few steps of coriander leaves, 10-12 mint leaves, 1.5 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, 1 tsp black salt, and regular salt if required.

Then add lots of ice and blend the mixture in. Make sure it comes to puree consistency.

Next add 2 cups of curd and blend it again.
