Bread malai rolls are a delicious and indulgent Indian dessert made from bread, paneer, milk, and sugar. This dessert combines the rich and creamy flavors of malai with the soft texture of paneer, and it’s a delightful treat that’s often served on special occasions. 

They are typically served chilled and garnished with pistachios, almonds, or silver leaf (varak) to enhance their visual appeal. They are rich and creamy with a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Heat a pan and add 1/2 liter of milk. Let it boil on medium heat.

Once the milk begins to boil, add 3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste).

Add 2-3 cardamom powder (Elaichi) for flavor.

Add saffron strands soaked in milk for color and flavor.

Boil the rabdi for another 10 minutes or until it thickens.

Transfer the rabdi to a bowl and let it cool down.

In a mixing bowl, take approximately 100 grams of paneer and add 1/2 spoon of milk to soften the paneer.

Mash the paneer with a spoon.
