6-7 Bread Slices cut into small pieces
1/2 Cup Curd
2-3 Spoons Water
Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Oil
1/2 Spoon Butter
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
Finely chopped onion, carrot & capsicum
Chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds To garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup curd (dahi) with 2 spoons of water.

Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi), red chili powder to taste, and 1/2 tsp sugar (optional).

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture and mix everything well. Set it aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 spoon of butter.

When the butter melts, add 1 tsp mustard seeds (rai) and 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).

Add a few curry leaves for flavor.

Saute finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot, and capsicum) until they become tender.
