IN A MIXING BOWL, TAKE 1 CUP COOKED RICE, ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLIES, GINGER, AJWAIN (CRUSHED), 1.5 TSP DHANIYA JEERA POWDER, ½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER, A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA, SALT, ½ CUP CURD, ½ LEMON JUICE, 1 TBSP OIL, 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 1 TBSP GRAM FLOUR, 1 TBSP SEMOLINA, AND 2-3 SPOONS WATER, THEN MIX WELL. |

APPLY OIL ON PALMS, DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO THREE PARTS, ROLL INTO CYLINDRICAL SHAPES, ARRANGE THEM IN A GREASED FOOD STRAINER, AND KEEP IN A PREHEATED STEAMER. |
