I know kids love cheese balls; but the fact that they are fried, I somehow feel more comfortable with the same cooked in Paniyarum. With Cheesy Appe you can stuff some more coriander, onion and finely chopped veggies as well. Since kids love Cheese, I have used GO Cheese 4 Cheese which is made from Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby and Monterey Jack variety of cheese, giving the appe gourmet touch. I promise you they will not be able to stop after they had the first cheesy appe. Enjoy these cheesy delicious appe with coriander chutney or your choice of sauce.

Take appe pan and add a few drops of oil into each cavity. |

Pour some suji batter and spread it well into each cavity. |

Now in a center, add, pre-prepared cheese balls and cover the cheese balls with some more batter. |

Spray some oil if required. |

Cook the appe on each side on low to medium flame till you get nice golden colour. |
