1 cup Boiled Chole

1 Small piece of Ginger

2-3 Green chillies

1 Medium size Onion

some Fresh Coriander leaves

1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

1 tsp Chole Masala

For Tikki, in a chopper take 1 cup boiled chole, a small piece of ginger, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 2-3 green chillies, 1 medium size onion, some fresh coriander leaves. |

For binding, take 1/4 cup bread crumbs |

Add salt, 1 tsp Chole Masala ( I have used Bhoj Chole Masala which is no onion no garlic). |

Blend everything together without adding water. |

Apply some oil in your hand and give tikki shape from the prepared mixture. |

Shallow fry this tikki in few spoons of oil on a hot pan; till you get golden color. |

To Prepare the Dip - Charred Red Bell Pepper and Garlic on open flame. |

Once it cools down, remove the skin and take it in a blendar jar. |

With that, add 1 tsp Oregano, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, some salt and 100 gm paneer. |

Blend it smooth and dip is ready. |

To Assemble Parcel - take Roti or Paratha or Tortilla and apply prepared dip first. |

Then place the tikki. |

On top of that add cheese and some vegetables like onion, cabbage, carrot and coriander. |

Cover the parcel as shown in the video and cook it few drops of oil on hot tawa till you get nice crispy texture on both sides. |
