Ingredients

2-3 Tbsp Oil
1 small Butter cube
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Finely chopped small Ginger Knob
3-4 Finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Finely chopped medium sized Onion
Salt as per taste
1 Finely chopped medium sized Capsicum
1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
4 Finely chopped medium sized Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Green Peas
2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup (for mild sweetness)
2 Boiled & mashed medium sized Potatoes
100 gm Paneer
Burger Bun
Red Chilli Powder
Chopped Coriander

Desi tawa burger is a flavorful Indian twist on the classic burger, prepared on a tawa instead of a grill. It features a spiced potato patty cooked on the tawa along with onions and bell peppers. It’s served with chutneys, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce, adding layers of taste and texture. Heat 1-2 tsp oil and a little butter in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, chopped ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden-brown.

Add chopped onion and salt, cook until golden-brown.

Add chopped capsicum, pav bhaji masala, and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
