TAKE 2 BOILED CORN AND REMOVE THE CORN KERNELS.

IN A KADAI, TAKE 1 TBSP BUTTER, AND ADD 2 GARLIC CLOVES FINELY CHOPPED, 1 GREEN CHILLI FINELY CHOPPED AND SAUTÉ WELL.

THEN ADD 1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION FINELY CHOPPED, SALT PER TASTE, 1 TSP MIXED HERBS (OR OREGANO), 1/2 TSP CHILLI FLAKES - COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL ONION BECOMES SOFT AND TENDER.

THEN ADD 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED BELL PEPPERS - I HAVE USED RED AND GREEN ALONG WITH BOILED SWEET CORN.

MIX EVERYTHING WELL, TURN OFF THE HEAT AND THEN ADD 2 TBS MAYONNAISE INTO THE MIXTURE.

NEXT FOR MORE SPICINESS, ADD SOME BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED.

TAKE THIS MIXTURE INTO OVEN SAFE PLATE / TRAY, SPREAD IT WELL & TOP IT UP WITH GO FOUR CHEESE, AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE.

PLACE THIS TRAY INTO THE PRE-HEATED OVEN @200 DEGREE, FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR TILL CHEESE MELTS PERFECTLY. ALTERNATIVELY, IF YOU DON’T USE OVEN, YOU CAN PLACE THE PREPARED MIXTURE INTO THE FLAT PAN & PUT IT ON SLOW FLAME WITH LID ON FOR TILL CHEESE MELTS.
