Heat a pan and add moong dal. Roast it until it turns golden brown. Then, add the freshly grated coconut and dry roast until both are well roasted. Allow them to cool completely. |

Add the coarsely ground moong dal, coconut, and jaggery mixture to the pan. Sauté the mixture for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring continuously, until it comes together and leaves the sides of the pan. |

Allow the mixture to cool completely. Once cooled, cut it into square or diamond-shaped pieces. |
