Energy laddoos made from oats, walnuts, coconut powder, and Medjool dates are a nutritious and wholesome snack. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the varied ingredients. Walnuts and coconut powder provide good sources of healthy fats. Oats and dates are high in fiber, aiding in digestion and providing sustained energy.

Dry roast 1 cup of oats in a pan until they turn slightly golden and emit a nutty aroma. Set them aside. Similarly, dry roast 1/2 cup of walnuts until they become fragrant. Remove and keep aside.

Dry roast 1/4 cup of dry coconut powder until it's lightly toasted. Keep it with the other roasted ingredients. Once all the dry ingredients are cooled, add them to a mixer grinder.

Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a dash of vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt to the grinder.

Add 8 Medjool dates that have been previously soaked. This will help bind the ingredients together and add natural sweetness.

Grind all the ingredients together in the mixer grinder until they form a sticky, cohesive mixture. The dates will help bind everything together.
