To make Grilled Paneer - Cut Paneer into round shape. |

Brush it with oil. |

Sprinkle some salt and pepper. |

Grill this paneer on a hot pan from each side till you get golden colour. |

Take it out and keep grilled paneer aside. |

To make Cranberry Chutney - In a pan, take 1 tbs oil. |

Into that add 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds). |

Once jeera crackles, add 2 finely chopped green chillies and a small piece of finely chopped ginger. |

Cook them for 2 minutes and then add 1 finely chopped onion and salt. |

Once the onion becomes soft, add 1 cup soaked cranberries (soak 1 cup cranberries into 1 cup hot water for half an hour). |

Mix everything well, cover with lead and let it cook for 10 minutes or till cranberry becomes mushy. |

Once it’s done, mash it with the masher. |

Remove this chutney into a bowl and then add 1/4 cup roasted and coarsely pounded peanuts, 3 to 4 roasted and crushed papad and some fresh coriander. |

Mix everything well and at last squeeze some fresh lime juice. |

To serve - Place this delicious chutney on top of the grilled panner. |
