1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp coffee powder

1/2 cup icing sugar

A pinch of salt

100 gm dark chocolate

100 gm fresh cream

1 cup whipping cream (after whipping will become 1.5-2 cup)

In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 tbsp lime juice, let it curdle for 5 minutes. |

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp milk, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix well. |

Slice the cooled cake into layers using a knife and turntable. Whip 1 cup cream until it doubles in size. |

Place the bottom cake layer on a plate, brush with water, and spread a layer of whipped cream. Add chocolate cream (mix ganache and whipped cream), a spoonful of hazelnut spread, and chopped dry fruits. |
