Get ready to experience a delicious blend of tradition and health! I’ve taken the beloved Sindhi traditional Koki and given it a wholesome millet twist!
This Healthy Millet Koki features the goodness of ragi, jowar, and wheat flour, infused with fragrant carrom seeds, cumin, black pepper, fresh green chilies, onion, and loads of coriander. It’s a flavor bomb and so easy to whip up!
Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or a fulfilling tiffin, you can enjoy it with cool dahi (yogurt), a zesty achar (pickle), or alongside your favorite cup of chai.

In a plate, take 1/2 cup ragi flour, 1/2 cup jowar flour and 1/3 cup wheat flour. |

- Into that, add 1.5 tbs ghee as a Moyan and add some salt. Rub the Moyan into flour with hands. |

Then add 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds (Ajwain), 1 tsp Jeera and few crushed black pepper. |

Then add finely chopped green chillies as per your taste. |

Add 1 finely chopped big size onion and lots of finely chopped coriander. |

Mix everything well and gradually add water and make dough like paratha. |

Cut the big portion out, flatten each portion with your palm and dry roast on a hot tawa on both the sides till you see white spots on it. (As shown in video). |

Take it out from Tawa and roll the Koki (do not roll too thin, keep Koki thick). |

Now with help of Ghee, cook Koki on hot tawa, till you get golden color on both the sides. |

Serve this delicious healthy millet Koki with Dahi, Achar or with Chai. |
