In a bowl, mix ½ cup Besan, ¼ cup Rice Flour, Salt, Ajwain, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and enough Water to make a thick batter (slightly thinner if frying). |

In another bowl, combine Bread Crumbs, Black & White Sesame Seeds, Chili Flakes, and Salt. |

Dip Paneer Fingers in the Besan batter, then roll them in the Bread Crumb mix. |

Place them on a greased butter paper inside the air fryer. (Tip: Grease the butter paper to prevent sticking.) |

Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes on each side, brushing with oil before cooking and after flipping. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip, or enjoy as is! |
