2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce

Little Vinegar

2 Tbsp Honey (alternatively 1 tbs brown sugar can be used)

Chilli Flakes

1 Tbsp Oil

1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob

5-6 finely chopped Garlic Cloves

Coat tofu cubes with corn flour, salt, and pepper. |

Mix red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and chili flakes for sauce. |

Dilute corn flour with water. |

Fry tofu until golden-brown, then set aside. |

Sauté ginger and garlic, add tofu, sauce, and corn flour slurry. |
