Tofu cut into cubes (alternatively paneer can be used)
Corn Flour
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Little Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey (alternatively 1 tbs brown sugar can be used)
Chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Oil
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
5-6 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
